Other discussion included:

  • The 2005-planned merger of Hamilton Croatia with the St. Catherines Hrvat Under-16 team.
  • The 2005-planned introduction of Hamilton Croatia Girls Under-18 team in the WWISL.
  • The Under-17 team entering their third season in 2005, this time as Under-18s, dropping from SRSL to WWISL.
  • The Under-12 team, following a decent first season, coming back for another year of playing together in the same league (SRSL).

  • The A-Team being recognized as Spectator Cup Champions, League Playoff Champions, and runners-up of H&DSSL Premier Division. It was also formally announced that the A-Team is planning to move up one competitive division to the RSL for the 2005 season.

  • The Old-timers team under CNSCH "Zagreb" being recognized for their continuing support of the Club and all of their financial donations.
  • For the upcoming year, "Croatia" old-timers have expressed interest in once again becoming members of the HCNSC. The terms are still tentative and the new board will pursue this item to improve Club stability and elevate the Club member count.
  • The Bowling Team being renowned for their support with 61 members and will continue their partnership throughout 2005.

No soccer coaches or managers were formally identified, although some names were bandied about, including the returning staffs of last years B-Team and Women's "Dinamo".

Following all the "soccer-talk", the 2004 treasurers introduced the past year's Annual Financial report. The largest contributing factor to achieving revenue was the "Bash @ the Beach" dances. Other fundraisers such as the golf tournament, stag parties and Club Pubs also helped, where the Annual Banquet proved to break even for consecutive years.

On the other hand, the largest expense of the year was replacing the furnace at the Club. Also among larger expenses were team registrations, Setanta satellite costs from showing Croatian National soccer games, and the renewing of the Club's liquor license. (Financial terms will not be disclosed to non-Club members by means of this website.)
